About Josh
Josh is one of the most highly regarded performance coaches in America, and is the VP of Performance overseeing all of our coaches. Previously, Josh was the Director of Sports Performance for Purdue Men’s Basketball, where he oversaw training and nutrition for a program that perennially ranked in the Top 25, earned two Sweet Sixteen appearances, and had multiple All-American selections during his tenure. Before that, Josh worked for the Chicago Bulls in the NBA. As a part of the Bulls’ Strength & Conditioning staff, he coached Derrick Rose – while Rose won Rookie of the Year (2009) and MVP (2011) – and contributed to the team’s 62-win season in 2011-2012. Josh’s philosophy centers on increasing general strength and stability, while removing limitations or imbalances. In doing so, he’s able to help clients develop strength, power, and speed. Josh embraces training as a long-term process that’s guided by shorter-term goals.
