With nine years of experience in group fitness and personal training, Sydney is now a board-certified health coach and certified yoga teacher specializing in functional strength, booty building, mobility, and creating energy rather than depletion. She believes strength training is a powerful tool for preventing injuries, reducing pain, creating stability, and improving posture through proper form and intentional movement. Sydney’s goal is for every client to leave each session feeling challenged yet energized, supported, and more connected to themselves.
