About Meghan
Meghan's mission is to empower her clients to cultivate a deep sense of confidence and self-assurance on their way to achieving physical fitness goals. A former powerlifter, she has served as the Head Trainer at F45 Training and has additional experience coaching cycling and pilates. When not coaching, Meghan enjoys watching reality TV with her dog Barney and cat Oliver.
