Sarah's holistic coaching philosophy incorporates exercise for physical benefits, confidence, discipline, and improved mental well-being. She began her career coaching at the NCAA level before becoming a personal trainer at an elite private studio in North Carolina. In her free time, Sarah loves spending time with her loved ones, trying new coffee shops or restaurants, seeing movies or enjoying outdoor concerts.
