About Lanie
Lanie starts by listening carefully to her clients goals and past obstacles to success, and then crafts the ideal plan—integrating stress management and overall well-being. A collegiate-level strength and conditioning coach for 15 years, she has trained athletes in various NCAA Division I sports and earned her master's degree in kinesiology. Though Lanie's lived in six different states, Indiana is—and always will be—home. She loves doing anything active outdoors, especially when it includes her dogs and family.
