Chelsea draws from her experience as an athlete to help her clients build the strength and confidence they need to achieve their goals With nearly a decade directing training for NCAA Division I sports at powerhouse schools, Chelsea combines her coaching experience with a master's degree in Strength, Conditioning & Fitness. Beyond coaching, Chelsea loves reliving her glory days of Division I volleyball by playing on the beach when weather allows.
