About Brett
Brett adopts an open-minded approach, combining each client's individual fitness background with scientific exercise selection to make them feel comfortable and motivated. A former director of professional athlete performance, Brett has developed off-season training programs for MLB, NFL and NBA athletes. When Brett isn't training clients, you'll find him spending time with his wife and four beautiful daughters, often hanging out at the beach or cooking.
