Shawna aims to help her clients build healthy habits over time that lead to transformative changes in both body and mind. A former collegiate basketball player, Shawna has a master's degree in sports management and has coached a wide variety of clients in group fitness and personal training. Shawna is a competitive bodybuilder, but outside of the gym, she loves spending time with her dog Bailey, her family and her friends.
