About Sam
Sam believes that consistency is the key to success, that it's about showing up as often as you can to build momentum through small wins. She believes in the kind of honesty that helps you grow, with positive reinforcement and an understanding that life constantly changes so that means your program needs to, too. She has 9+ years of experience in the collegiate setting, helping athletes in almost every sport you can think of. Helping them gain strength, stamina, rehab injuries and continue to play at their best. She also worked in an outpatient physical therapy clinic where she worked with weekend warriors, busy professionals, Olympic athletes, and elderly clients enabling them to gain more independence and freedom through physical activity. Sam enjoys spending her time hiking and exploring the outdoors with her two doodles, Brooks and Charlie.
