About Claire
Claire started her career working in sports performance and rehabilitation before transitioning to general population training at a big box gym. She is a strength and conditioning specialist who has since found her passion in women’s fitness, working with female clients of all ages and life stages, including ante/postpartum and menopause. Claire cares deeply about her clients, and her training is adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly personalized to meet clients where they are and help them reach their goals and beyond.
