Driven by his own fitness journey through childhood obesity, Tu combines communication, behavioral change theories, and evidence-based exercise programming to empower clients. With a master's degree in exercise science and experience in group fitness and at high end training facilities, Tu has expertise across weight loss, physique enhancement and strength training. A huge culture and history buff, Tu can often be found learning and reading about different cultures, watching foreign TV shows and movies, or keeping tabs on world events.
