About Hope
Hope believes in discovering mental and physical freedom through fitness, helping clients find joy through movement and build meaningful connections. For the past seven years, she has been a strength and conditioning coach and team leader, specializing in functional fitness, indoor cycling, and personalized programs for busy clients. A former Division I softball player, Hope's love of competition has led her to bodybuilding, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting.
