About Tyler
With trust between client and coach as the foundation, Tyler is able to build programs that unlock untapped potential and help his clients realize their goals. After a successful college football career, Tyler transitioned to coaching at several NCAA Division I programs and earning a graduate degree in kinesiology. Tyler stays active by competing in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting, and he currently practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a way to continually expand his knowledge and skills in the fitness arena.
