About Adam
Adam provides a holistic approach to wellness by covering functional movement, nutrition, recovery, stress management and mindset coaching for all ages and abilities. A former college basketball player, Adam transitioned from personal training at an elite fitness club to coaching and heading player development, eventually becoming a coach at two prominent HIIT gyms in Chicago. Outside of coaching and working on his own fitness goals, Adam loves spending quality time with his wife and son, listening to podcasts and reading the occasional book.
