About Kelsey
Kelsey's coaching philosophy encompasses accountability, encouragement, and addressing weaknesses head-on to help her clients become the best version of themselves. With a bachelor's in exercise science, experience as a strength and conditioning coach for NCAA Division I football, and four years as a personal training manager, Kelsey has a wealth of knowledge to draw on when instructing clients in stability, injury prevention, and nutrition. Kelsey enjoys eating sushi, watching college football, and cuddling with her dog, Jackson.
