About Ashley
Ashley strives to create programs that are as enjoyable as they are effective because she views enjoyment as the key to lasting fitness, health and longevity. She has more than 15 years of experience training diverse clients including postpartum moms, athletes, and newcomers to fitness. An avid vegan and runner, Ashley has completed 25 marathons and one ultramarathon, which she ran 11 months after giving birth to her second child.
