Use HSA/FSA Funds Before They Expire to Save an Average of 30% on Future

If you have an FSA account, your funds expire at the end of the year. You can now use these funds toward your Future membership. Through our partnership with Truemed, Future is now eligible for reimbursement through your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) provider.

Here’s how it works:

  1. At checkout, pay with your normal credit or debit card

  2. After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a survey inside

  3. Take the 1-minute survey to determine your eligibility

  4. Within a couple of business days, Truemed will contact you about eligibility and provide instructions for receiving reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrator

FAQs

Can I submit previous receipts for reimbursement?

While this depends on your specific HSA or FSA administrator’s policies, we advise that you only submit expenses incurred on or after the date listed on your Letter of Medical Necessity.

How long does the Letter of Medical Necessity last?

Each letter is valid for 12 months and then will need to be renewed.

How do I pay for Future?

Keep paying for your membership as usual. If eligible, you will get reimbursed through your HSA/FSA provider.

What is an FSA/HSA Account?*

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are tax-free accounts that can be used to pay for qualified health expenses. These accounts are usually set up and managed by an HSA or FSA administrator, and you should have access to said HSA/FSA administrator through your employer (ask your HR department!).

HSAs are typically associated with a high-deductible health plan, and funds do not expire. FSAs are independent of your health plan, and funds elections occur in October-November each year for the following calendar year. FSA funds expire every calendar year.
