About Joseph
Joe embraces a training philosophy focusing on compound movements, frequency, progressive overload, and intensity to reach your strength and body composition goals. After transitioning from competitive powerlifting to coaching, Joe has worked at an elite training center and at the NCAA Division I level. When he's not coaching others or focusing on his own competitive powerlifting career, Joe loves learning about 3D printing and using this tech to bring his creativity to life.
