Not only does she have extensive experience in private, clinical and college settings, her background also includes stints in physical therapy, weight loss and wellness counseling, pre/post natal care and exercise physiology. Christina is a highly motivated and compassionate professional with over a decade-long history of providing progressive success in human performance, health and wellness. The foundation of her successes has been her ability to create meaningful and authentic relationships and generate possibility under any circumstance. She understands that small changes lead to big results and partners closely with her clients to build practical, lasting habits that enhance their lives over the long term. My approach goes beyond workouts; I guide and support the whole person for lasting change. I transform potential into greatness.
