About Renee
Before joining our team, Renee served as the University of Wisconsin's Director of Sports Performance for women's basketball, as well as men's and women's golf. Prior to that, Renee worked at UC Davis as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for men’s and women’s basketball, women’s volleyball, men’s soccer, men’s water polo, and men’s and women’s tennis. While at Davis, Renee oversaw the development of the Big West Conference champions’ men’s basketball team and was instrumental in the growth of 2014-15 Big West Conference Player of the Year, Corey Hawkins. While pursuing her Master's in Exercise Science & Sports Studies, Renee completed internships for men's and women's basketball at powerhouse programs, including the University of Kansas and the University of Connecticut. Drawing on more than a decade of experience, Renee believes in creating a positive and personalized plan for each of her clients. She loves to develop and build relationships with her clients to help inspire them through fitness and living a healthy, active lifestyle. She strives to motivate each client to exceed their fitness potential.
