With a master's degree in human performance and ten years of experience in the fitness industry, she has experience with clients in individual and group settings in yoga, pilates, spin, and adaptive classes. She loves staying active and adventurous by cycling, hiking, practicing yoga and moonlighting as a skydiving coach.
