About Hope
Hope's philosophy centers on helping clients find joy through movement, and the belief that everyone has a unique path to mental and physical well-being to discover. For the past seven years, Hope's been a coach, program developer and team leader at some of Nashville's top cycling, HIIT and strength training gyms. A Nashville resident by way of Colorado, Australia and Thailand, Hope loves good beer, close friends and her pets – whose Lord of the Rings-inspired names reveal her nerdy side.
